Most of our customers are looking for a reliable, consistent and thorough service.

Our service begins by carefully selecting the staff we will send to our customer's homes. Unlike other companies who operate as agencies, all Poppies services are fully managed and properly insured

Because Poppies staff are carefully selected, directly employed, trained and supervised by us, customers need not worry about who is working in their home or deal directly with the tough Laws concerning Employment & Health and Safety which now apply to all employees, including agency staff and private help.

However large or small your home, Poppies customers receive a tailor-made service.  We visit every client so that we can design a service to do the things you want, when and how you want them done.

Poppies tries hard not to let our customers down. We come when we say we will, at the times we say and we do the jobs we have promised will be done. Wherever possible we allocate one regular member of staff to each client and organise relief cover for holidays and sickness.

At Sheffield we will use the customers  equipment and materials so that if you have any cleaning requirments for specialist flooring or furniture they will be treated as you wish.
